2017Doe was admitted to Woe nursing home following a stroke. He was at high risk for skin breakdown. He was a max assist patient and completely dependent on the direct care of staff (CNA’s) for repositioning in his bed and chair. Doe developed a sacral decubitus ulcer and his wound advanced to a Stage IV and became infected. He later died in Hospice, related to this wound.
