An attorney-client relationship is established only through a formal written engagement agreement signed by both you and the Firm. Past results described on this Site do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future case.
The Firm does not represent you until you have signed a written retainer agreement. Unsolicited communications through this Site do not create an attorney-client relationship and may not be protected by attorney-client privilege.

Carlton Bennett Law operates a text message communication program to keep clients and prospective clients informed. Please read the following carefully before opting in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
